Merge tag 'pwrseq-fixes-for-v7.3' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/brgl/linux
Pull power sequencing fix from Bartosz Golaszewski:
- with the PCIe code reworked to power the endpoint via pwrctl before
it starts the link training, we can now remove the workaround for
WLAN power which instead started causing an issue with endpoint
enumeration
