Pull PCI fixes from Bjorn Helgaas:
- Remove obsolete PCIe maintainer addresses (Florian Eckert, Hans
Zhang)
- Restore a brcmstb link speed assignment that was inadvertently
removed, reducing bcm2712 performance (Florian Fainelli)
